Shipping policy
We aim to get your order out to you as quickly as possible, and aim to have your order dispatched within 1 - 2 working days*. You should receive your order within 3 – 5 working days* after your goods have been dispatched, however if for some reason you do not receive your order within 14 working days* please contact us on 01451 870340 or email crockorders@aol.com
The cut off date for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery is 12pm Monday 18th December 2023. Orders placed after this date will be picked and dispatched as normal, but are unlikely to arrive before Christmas.
Delivery charges are as follows:
- Standard delivery (3-5 day delivery aim) - £4.95
- Premium Delivery (1-2 day delivery aim) - £6.95
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to offer a guaranteed next day service.
Orders selected as 'pickup' are usually ready within 24 hours, please bring your confirmation email with you when collecting your order.
